The service
Reelic creates short cinematic films from your family photos and stories. You upload photos, complete a guided interview, choose a tier, and pay. We then generate a film using AI-powered narration, music, and animation, and deliver it to you via email.
Your content
You retain full ownership of the photos and stories you provide. By uploading content to Reelic, you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your film. We do not claim ownership of your photos, your stories, or the resulting film. The film we create for you is yours to keep, share, and use however you wish.
Acceptable use
You agree to only upload photos that you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service if content violates these terms.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are charged at the time of checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your film within 24 hours of order completion. Delivery times may vary depending on demand. Your film will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout, with a permanent link to watch and download it.
Refunds
Because each film is uniquely generated from your content, we cannot offer refunds once a film has been delivered. If your film has not yet been delivered, or if there is a technical issue that prevents delivery, please contact us and we will either re-render your film or issue a full refund.
AI-generated content
Your film includes AI-generated elements including narration, animation, and music selection. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. The interview process is designed to capture your story accurately, but the final narrative is an AI interpretation of the information you provide.
Limitation of liability
Reelic is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Reelic after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
